  • How do I get my yearbook after it is ordered?

    • Your yearbook will be shipped to your address in August 2024. If you would like to confirm your shipping address, please email us.

  • Why can I only see some portrait sessions on Lauren Studios?​

    • The portrait sessions become available on a weekly basis. If you would like to book a portrait session in the future, please check back on the Lauren Studios website about one to two weeks before your desired date.

  • What email and mailing address should I use when I purchase my yearbook?

    • Please use a non-GW email and your permanent address.​

    • You can email us to change your shipping address anytime before May 1, 2024

  • Where are portrait sittings held?

    • Portrait sittings are held in the University Student Center.

  • How can my organization get their pictures in the yearbook?

    • You can either email us the pictures or let us know when you have an event and we can send a photographer.

  • I will not be on campus for sessions. How do I have my portrait included in the yearbook?

    • Please email Lauren Studios to inquire about local portrait sessions. If those are not available, please email The Cherry Tree for more options.

  • How do I purchase a yearbook from a previous academic year?

    • Please email The Cherry Tree with the specific academic year that you are looking for and we will respond with instructions on purchasing the book.
